1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
The project work is a work with a written final documentation in which the specialist business
knowledge acquired by the student is covered in detail and put into practice on a real-life issue.
In addition to the knowledge acquired during lectures and private study, students must also
acquire additional knowledge in order to process the practical subject. The project work is
processed based on known scientific findings and is carried out using project management
methodology. The project work involves solving complex tasks. This requires of the students a
systematic approach, analytical skills, and a degree of mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Students must also be capable of evaluating and applying tools and aids relevant to solving the
problem. (methodological competence). The project work also provides the students with scope
for creative work and for coming up with creative solutions
