1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course aims to enrich students with the fundamental knowledge of the key issues in innovation management and the skills necessary to manage innovation in an organization at both the strategic and implementation levels. With a project-based approach, the course offers different innovation management approaches based on real-life examples and experiences from leading organizations around the world. In the context of globalization with increasingly fierce competition, innovation becomes a particularly important incentive and a basic condition of competitiveness. There will also be a number of guest lectures, which address a particular aspect of innovation. Besides, the course has a strong focus on the practice of innovation for which you need to identify a case to work on yourself, based on primary and/or secondary data.
