1. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course provides students with basic concepts and principles regarding international investment including: theories of international investment, different categories, and international investment environment. Besides, the course also provides information on national policies, rules on international investment, investment liberalization trend as well as the role of TNCs in fostering FDI activities on a global scale.
