1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course provides students with concepts and principles regarding main categories of technology, technology transfer and especially contracts relating to technology transfer in order to adapt to current international business situation.

– Presentation should be prepared in Powerpoint (10 slides) and paper (15 pages)
– Every student in the group must involve in the presentation
– Due date for the paper and handout is 14th day

Group and individual assignments
– Meet the deadlines
– Maximum word count is 2000 words for the assignment
– Plagiarism in the assignment both directly or indirectly is strictly prohibited
– Formatting: A4 paper, Time New Roman, Line spacing:1.5 lines. There must be the cover page covering the topic, name of the team student. The assignment must contain an abstract, and a table of contents. At least 10 references using APA system of bibliography is required.

Final Test
