1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

This course introduces the basic elements of short-term financial decisions and describes short-term financing instruments. Short-term finance is the analysis of decisions made when the relevant cash flows all occur in the near future. This course also looks at a firm’s decision to grant credit and some important financial aspects of inventory management.
