1. COURSE OBJECTIVES

International trade transaction is a compulsory module designed for students majoring in various fields of Foreign Trade University. The course provides students with knowledge and skills related to commercial activities in a global market and focuses on commercial transactions in a complex international environment where there are differences in politics, economics, trade policy, language, and culture. These transactions, ranging from direct sale, intermediary transactions, re-export, countertrade, auction, bidding to franchise, should be conducted in accordance with international regulations and practices.

The course is designed to achieve a balance between basic theoretical knowledge, practices and skills in international trade transactions, and research objectives at higher-level academic institutions in Vietnam and around the world.
